Contact the Keepers

Have a question, Traveller?

Whether you've discovered something curious in the Workshop, need a little help with an order, or simply want to say hello, the Keepers are always happy to hear from you.

Send us a message using the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Please allow 1–3 working days for a reply.
We're a small Workshop, which means your message comes directly to the Keepers rather than disappearing into a mysterious customer-service dungeon.

A note from the Workshop

We read every message that reaches the Keepers.

Whether you're asking about a treasure, telling us where you've found a new path into Asterwyn, sharing a photo of something you've bought, or simply dropping by to say hello...

thank you for being here.

Every Traveller who visits the Workshop becomes a small part of its story.
