Faewild & Flora began with a simple idea:
What if the things we made could feel like they belonged somewhere magical?
What started as a love of making things by hand has grown into a place where handmade treasures, fantasy and storytelling meet. This website is our portal to Asterwyn, inviting you to step beyond the everyday and discover the world our creations call home.
Some pieces are carefully planned.
Some are happy accidents.
And that's part of the magic.
THE WORKSHOP
On this side of the portal, Faewild & Flora is a small, independent handmade business based in the UK.
Our own creations are designed, made, finished, photographed, packed and sent out from our little Workshop. They might begin with resin, beads, flowers, glitter, metal, paint or something that was never quite meant to become a treasure in the first place.
There is no factory.
No conveyor belt.
No enormous warehouse filled with identical treasures.
Just one person, a ridiculous amount of craft supplies, far too many ideas and a constant battle against glitter getting absolutely everywhere.
Handmaking leaves room for little differences: a swirl of colour, the position of a flower, or a combination of glitter, pigment and charm that may never come together in quite the same way again.
Your treasure has its own character. And once it finds you, its story becomes part of yours.
THE PORTAL TO ASTERWYN
Faewild & Flora isn't just about the things we make. It's about where those things belong.
This website is the threshold between our world and Asterwyn: a world of ten Realms filled with forests, oceans, dragons, forgotten books, enchanted gardens, strange houses and places that don't always behave as they should.
Each page opens another path. Each Realm offers another story. And every treasure is a small connection between the world you can explore here and the one you carry with you.
A necklace might belong to the Woodland Realm.
A Lucky Coin might have travelled through three different Realms before finding its way to you.
A tiny dragon might be waiting for its Keeper.
And somewhere between those paths, the Travelling Wagon brings treasures from visiting makers, with stories of their own.
You don't have to find Asterwyn on a map.
You've already found its doorway.
THE KEEPERS
In Asterwyn, those who travel between the Realms in search of treasures are known as Keepers.
Faewild & Flora is imagined as their Workshop, a place where the things they discover, create and collect find their way into our world through this very portal.
Here, you can follow their stories, explore the Realms and discover what they have brought home. When a treasure finds its way to you, a little of that journey crosses the threshold with it.
A treasure from somewhere else.
A story to make your own.
A reminder that ordinary things can still hold a little bit of magic.
MADE FOR THE CURIOUS
Faewild & Flora is for people who still like to believe that the world could be a little stranger than it appears.
For the ones who would rather follow the overgrown path.
Who stop to look at interesting stones.
Who collect tiny things because “I might use that one day.”
Who would absolutely adopt a dragon if given the opportunity.
Who read the plaque beside an old doorway just in case it contains a secret.
And who, somewhere along the way, decided that growing up didn't necessarily mean growing out of magic.
